Most problems with a used car aren't visible in a five-minute viewing or a set of photos. That matters even more if you're new to Cyprus, buying from abroad, or sending someone else to view the car for you: you don't get a second look once the money's changed hands. An independent check, from someone with no stake in the sale, is the only way to know what you're actually buying.
We're not the ones selling the car, so we've got no reason to talk it up. If it's a good buy, we'll say so. If it isn't, you'll know before you've paid for it, not after.
